Where has this place been all my life?!? The Sweet Swine Pancakes are to die for! So much bacon in them! The Little Bit of Chicken Fried is a great choice too. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. I like how you can see right into the kitchen where all the magic happens!! Will most certainly visit again!!!

We go as often as we can and we’ve never been disappointed. I usually get the Southern Comfort, but this time I got the special... grilled grouper with a shrimp sauce and it was awesome!The only problem with the grouper was, I didn’t get one of their incredible two inch high biscuits with it!

We go for brunch every Saturday we are free. Great food; great service. Local and small-town vibe, but outstanding menu.

I loved the Southern Tradition. It was delicious. Definitely order a biscuit, it was huge and tastes amazing. I also ordered the Sweet Swine pancakes. I did not like the pancakes as much but everyone was so nice I didn't care. Everything on the menu sounds delicious. I would definitely go back if i lived there.

I come to the Q each time I've visit Thomasville. The food is always great, the staff very attentive, even remembering me and brought my coffee without me asking. That's nice!

Delicious breakfast (I love the pancakes). The eggs have been perfectly cooked every time. Every time we go everyone in our party is full and happy with their meal. They serve lunch as well so far we've had the burger and sandwiches - all great.

My wife and I walked in looking for something Vegan, while there weren't vegan menu options, Chef Amery hooked us up with a special order of some incredibly tasty veggies and was super considerate when using oil vs butter etc. Definitely nice when you walk into a place that looks for ways to accommodate you vs giving you the stink eye when you say "vegan"! 5 stars!!

They don't make biscuits like this back up North! Amazing flavor in the biscuit itself, not to mention the homemade sausage gravy..

It was yummy and fresh, it's best to order over the phone and just go pick up your order because I don't think they really want any African Americans in there to sit down and eat. As soon as I picked up my order, they stopped eating and looked at me, they were shocked I came inside. I wish the rich, high-class, downtown store owners, mainly the wealthy older generation in Thomasville with all the nice eatery's, wouldn't act this way towards people of color, it really hurts me to my core.😔

This place is very fast, yet very friendly. Service was excellent. Yummy variety of pancakes and awesome Farmers’ Pride Omelet. Didn’t try the huge biscuits for which they’re known, but they look wonderful. I recommend breakfast here. Their lunch menu looks good as well. They close at 2:00.

I heard about this little cafe from my hair stylist. My family and I haven't lived in town long. We don't live in GA. We had tried a few times to eat here but were rather to late, or it was packed and there was a waiting list.I was told they have HUGE biscuits that two or three people could eat just one!All the people with me ended up getting different food so we could try it all out.We had a burger, one of the biscuits, one of the breakfast meals with three pancakes, eggs, & sausage, and pancakes with pecans, chocolate chips & bananas. The combination of the pancakes with all the toppings was SO GOOD! They were called the chunky monkey. The staff was very friendly & helpful.Family atmosphere and right on the brick street of beautiful downtown Thomasville, GA!

Holy Cow!!! All I need to say is to go!! The pancakes are homemade and you will know by the smell and the fluffiness!! The biscuits are big and yummy!!

Easily one of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had! And let me tell, eating at Q Cafe is an experience! I got a lucky seat right in front of the kitchen, watching each dish served fresh off the griddle. It was like a food runway show. The omelets are so colorful, filled with peppers and onions and maybe even some brisket! But truly, the biscuits are the stars of the show! I didn't know a biscuit could be so big and fluffy! If I had eaten nothing else, I would have left completely content. Each has a piece of southern love (aka mounds of butter) baked inside of it. My farmer's pride omelet was perfect and the added biscuit and home fries made it a struggle to finish the whole meal. Q Cafe is definitely worth the drive from Tallahassee and I will gladly be back soon!

Lived in Thomasville most of my life, and this is one of my absolute favorites. I might even go to say Q Cafe has the best breakfast in town.
